Soteria is introducing a new way to submit Support Tickets for our MSP partners!
Here's how to use the HelpDesk Desktop Icon.
The new Desktop Icon will be replacing the old ticketing icon in your system tray, that you may have used previously.
The new Icon will be rolling out to our partners throughout April, 2023.
If you are a Managed Services customer and you do not get the new Icon by the end of April, please let us know.
The new Icon is a vast improvement, and we think you're going to love it as much as we do!
It speeds up support times so much, that it is now our preferred way for tickets to be submitted. But that's not all - keep an eye out in the months to come for even more enhancements to make the support experience better and support times faster!
