THE SOTERIA STORY
Soteria Technology Solutions was born out of frustration with the way most Managed Service Providers (MSPs) do business.
Co-Founder Bill Ramsey (The Bill Guy) had previously built two successful MSPs. While those experiences caused him to learn what to do, he more importantly learned what NOT to do and what partners truly want from their MSP.
Co-Founder Steve Austin was a former client of The Bill Guy and, after it was sold, he went from IT company to IT company, searching for one who had the kind of service he remembered. Eventually, he became intent on starting an IT company that worked that way that he, a consumer of IT services, would want to be treated - and naturally asked Bill to be part of it.
In late 2020, the partners decided to expand their services by acquiring Zoku Cloud Solutions, a company that had itself been created by the coming together of several well-known and experienced local IT, Web, and Cloud Service providers. Further acquisitions would continue to expand the reach and services Soteria has to offer.
And here we are. Ready to help you have the type of IT and communications services you always deserved, and always knew you could have.
