Tom Patten

Tom Patten is a seasoned financial executive with more than 40 years of experience in both public and private sectors. As a partner with a large regional CPA firm, Tom specialized in taxation and later owned his own CPA firm. Privately he has spent over 20 years acting as a contract CFO to fast growing companies requiring creative financing alternatives, operational analysis and merger and acquisition transactions. Tom is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) and is a CPA, CGMA and a member of the AICPA, ISCPA, KSCPA.
